Court-approved substance use assessments completed via secure telehealth. These evaluations include required documentation and clinical recommendations for courts and referral sources.
Substance Use Assessment ($125)
Comprehensive substance use assessments for individuals, referral sources, or self-referred clients seeking a professional evaluation and guidance.
🔒Secure Payment Options
Eligible services for Iowa Medicaid members are billed directly to Medicaid. We also accept all major credit cards and HSA cards for self-pay services.
Hours of Operation
Appointments are available by scheduled telehealth sessions only. Evening and weekend appointments available.
